For issues that can't be resolved with remotely logging in, we offer in-person computer support. Drop your system off with us so we can get up close and personal with the hardware to diagnose and resolve the issues you're experiencing. We can also visit your home or workplace and help you with an issue on-site.

How to Get Started

Before we accept in-person customers we always verify that the issue you're experiencing necessitates it. The first step is to message us with a description of the problems you're experiencing. From there we will determine if the issues can be resolved remotely, and if not, discuss a drop-off, pick-up, or on-site visit.
